Deliveries
Large consignments of tiles are transported by a National pallet delivery service, using a large lorry with a tail lift and a pallet truck. All deliveries will be made with a tail lift lorry.
If the customer's driveway or pathway is not suitable for a pallet truck, it will be the customers responsibility to organise the labour needed to move the goods to the final delivery point. Delivery charges do not include carrying goods inside or up or down any stairs, as the Delivery person is not insured to assist. If the goods are unable to be delivered, they will be retained by the delivery Company who will re-deliver at an additional cost to you. For all international orders goods must be checked before they are signed for incase of transit damage. The one hour rule does not apply to these deliveries. All goods are clearly packaged to remind customers to do this. No claim can be entered into for damages reported at any other time.

Collections can be arranged by prior appointment from our warehouse in Basildon Essex. Please note your order will be ready for collection at the pre-arranged time and will be packed in a crate or pallet. Please ensure that your vehicle is able to take the weight and size of your order. Our warehouse staff will then put the pallet on / into your vehicle by fork lift. Please note our staff are unable to load your order by hand in or onto your vehicle nor are they insured to do so. International Deliveries We welcome all global orders - please call our sales team so that we can offer you the best international delivery rate available. If you place an order online the delivery will show as £0.00 and a customer servce team member will contact you with the delivery rate as soon as possible.

Storage If after ordering you are unable to take delivery of your items we are happy to store them for you for a period of 1 month. If you require us to hold your order for longer please call the sales team.
